How mytagen handles privacy, daily tracking, reports and sharing.

01What can I track in mytagen?

Mood, emotional and activity stress, day and night symptoms, food, supplements, blood pressure, sleep, personal test scores, notes and journal entries. The Daily Timeline keeps food and supplements in the same chronological view.

02Where is my data stored?

Your personal record is stored locally on your device. mytagen does not require an account and does not use cloud sync.

03Does my data ever leave my device?

Only when you deliberately choose an export or sharing action. For example, you can generate a PDF report or use the device share sheet to send prepared context to another app.

04Can I share a report with a clinician?

Yes. mytagen can prepare daily, notes and full health reports as readable PDFs. You decide where the file goes using your device’s sharing controls.

05What does Share to AI do?

It prepares a structured, plain-language context from the period you selected and opens your device share sheet. You choose the receiving app. mytagen does not send that context automatically or pick an AI provider for you.

06Is mytagen medical advice?

No. mytagen supports personal tracking and reflection. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or replace advice from a qualified clinician.

07Will it be available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. App Store and Google Play releases are planned. The download links on this preview site are placeholders until those listings are live.

08Do I need to track every day?

No. The app is designed for real life, including gaps. Reports show data coverage so you can understand how complete a trend is before drawing conclusions.
